- Unless otherwise stated, you have 5 days from the date you received the item to get a valid RMA. You will not be refunded your original shipping charges on non-defective items.
- If you received a broken or defective item we will replace that item or refund your purchase price on the defective item, and we will pay for all related shipping charges. To receive a refund on a broken or defective item your request must be received within 5 business days of receipt of the item.
If you have a valid return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include: your name, order # and reason for return.
- We will reply to your email with an RMA #, which you will need to write on the outside of the shipping box (we recommend using the original shipping box, if it's still available).
- Once we receive your item, a credit will be issued to your credit card, or PayPal account, whichever payment method you used at the time of purchase.
